Cabo!!!

Robyn and George got married in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.The ceremony was at the Finesterra Hotel on the hill overlooking the city, and the rehearsal dinner was at the most amazing restaurant called Mi Casa. Jason and I stayed for a few days after the wedding and ate there twice!
Robyn had a set designer who came down to create the room! She brought either 400 or 4000 yards of fabric,I forget which, and about 20 suitcases of pillows, voltives, ornaments and lighting. The lighting designer was on a ladder for twelve hours to create the final effect. It was amazing. Robyn had two dresses. One for the wedding, she called it her fluffy dress,and one for the reception which I am sure everyone would agree was super sexy and elegant, just like Robyn. It was so much fun. The next day....

The day after I got back from Mexico ,I shot an amazing three day wedding at La Casa and at the Sebastiani Winery in Sonoma,Ca. Michael's heritage is Indian, and the combining of the cultures in two celebrations was wonderful.Shannon-Christine wore two pounds of jewlery at the Indian ceremony. There was a Sitar Band, Indian dancers, and I have never seen the barrel room so exotic and magical.

Ole!!!!

Remember when I went to Cabo San Lucas to shoot Robyn and George's wedding? That same week Alex and Kelly met in La Paz, Mexico which is just a couple of hours from Cabo. So what are the odds that I would be their photographer ,here in the wine country, when they were married just two weeks later!

Stella Wins!!!

What fun Patty & Gary Enochain and I have had photographing baby Stella. I have a friend who is a fantastic baby photographer, who told me years ago to always photograph a new baby asleep. Of course, over the years, not ONE baby has ever fallen asleep for me until baby Stella. I fell in love. This print won first place at our Professional Photographers group last month. We have a new session planned for next week and I will post her growing up, C
